The cleaning ladies were all super friendly and even went to the extra effort of tidying up our room (eg rolling up our charger cord, putting our toiletries neatly on the counter, tucking the kids toys in the bed, even providing a laundry rack to dry our hand washed clothes for us all without us having to ask for this).

Rooms were amazing, great gym and breakfast. Everything was comfortable and its uniquely China extreme grand. The only downside was the staff’s English wasn’t great so it was difficult to communicate
